EXPECTATIONS FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

Prior to your first appointment, we will email you the initial paperwork. Please complete and return before our first meeting. During your first appointment, I will review the paperwork with you, gather information about your current lifestyle and relevant history, and work with you to clarify goals and concerns. I will also explain policies and procedures and address any questions you may have. Because therapy is a relationship, during this time we will assess whether we might be a good fit.

FEES, INSURANCE, AND PAYMENTS

Current fees for psychotherapy are:

  • $250 for 50-minute individual appointments

  • $300 for 50-minute couples appointments

  • TBD for groups

Sliding scale: A sliding scale fee is available on a limited basis. 

Insurance: I am considered an "out-of-network" provider for all insurance plans as I do not accept insurance at this time. I am happy to provide you with proof of services received if you wish to seek reimbursement through your insurance provider. I highly recommend that you contact your insurance provider prior to scheduling an appointment to determine if you have out-of-network benefits.

Payment: Payments are due at the beginning or end of each session. Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted. Sessions may be HSA-eligible if for the purpose of medical care (please check with your specific HSA plan for details).

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Please note that if you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged at the full rate listed.
